I am unable to sync my FitBit Charge 5 using the app on my iPhone 8 Plus with iOS15.6.1 installed. It's asking me to login, and won't accept my password. I can login to FitBit in my MacBook Pro using the password and have no issues. I even changed passwords, but the app on my phone won't accept it; laptop will. I deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail.
Moderator edit: Subject for clarity.

Hi @Mckatrina, nice to see that you're digging into the Fitbit Forums.
If you haven't already done so, please review this requirements:
- Your iPhone is connected to cellular data or Wi-Fi.
- The Bluetooth setting on your iPhone is turned on. To check, tap Settings > Bluetooth.
- If you use more than one phone or tablet to sync, make sure the other device isn't nearby. If the device is nearby, turn off Bluetooth on it.
- Your Fitbit device is charged.
As you're syncing with a second device, pay special attention to turn off Bluetooth on it before trying to sync with your phone.
We hope this information gets you back on track.
