My Fitbit app isn’t working properly on my iPhone. The screen won’t move up and down - it is stuck. Also, activity on my Versa isn’t showing up in phone app.

Hi @Robinspr What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?
Usually when an app misbehaves, uninstalling it and the reinstalling and logging back in fixes it, so give that a try.

Now the app has been reinstalled is it scrolling properly? The syncing might be a different issue.

My app is scrolling now, but I had to remove everything from my dashboard to get it to scroll. I added what I really wanted to my dashboard and now it works. It was syncing properly today. It still didn’t give my credit for my active hours for yesterday.
