Fitbit app not working

My Fitbit app won’t open on my IPhone   Only see blank white screen with Fitbit logo at the top.

Hi @Caci and welcome to the forum. Sorry you are experiencing this problem. Please try the following from your iPhone:

  • Delete the Fitbit app
  • Power your iPhone all the way off. Wait a couple minutes then power it back up. (Please note this is different from simply turning it off.)
  • Go back into the App Store and download the Fitbit app again. Sign in, then follow directions to Set Up a Device.

I have the same issue.  If I delete the App from my phone and then add it again will I lose all of my data, Friends, messages, etc?

Good question, @KevinRvb - The answer is no. You will not lose anything. Your data is stored in your Fitbit account. Once you log in again, the data, friends, etc. will be there.
