Fitbit app registered steps and active minutes on the next day

Afterwards I registered a walk, and the Fitbit app went bananas. The steps and active minutes was registered on the next day. I deleted the walk, but the steps and active minutes was still there. I reset the watch but everytime I started and synced to the app, the steps and minutes was back. I have deleted the app and downloaded it again, but it´s still wrong. Why does the app behave like this? I can´t delet the steps or the active minutes. Thank you in advance!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @HJ_79.

I am sorry to hear your steps and active minutes were registered on the next dayThanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account. Sync your tracker and check your details.

You can remove the steps from your daily total by following the instructions in this help article: How do I delete steps and floors in the Fitbit app?

By the way, I've moved your post to iOS App board so we can keep our forums organized.

Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you have any questions.
