Recently my friend sharing stopped working.  It had been working fine up until a week ago.  Now my friend cannot get my step info.  What could be wrong?

i can see her steps but mine says “inactive” despite my charge 3 says I DO have steps.  Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to share your steps information with your Fitbit friend.

 

Please make sure that your privacy settings allow your friends to see your stats. You can go to the website at fitbit.com > Settings > Privacy. For instructions to manage your Fitbit profile, please visit this article.

 

Whether this doesn't help, you can try to remove her from your list of Fitbit friends and add her once again by following these instructions.
