Sleep tracking in app

Hi, is there a way to enable sleep tracking through the mobile app and use phone's sleep tracking? I don't like wearing a device when I sleep but would like to track sleeping hours within the Fitbit app. Thank you.

Hello @BluDragon7 and welcome to the Help forums.  Yes, you can track sleep hours from within the app.  Tap on your sleep tile, then the + sign in the upper right.  A box will appear with an option to Begin Sleep Now.  You can end it when you wake up.

If you forget to start you sleep, you can add an entire sleep log after the fact.  You just enter your own start/stop times.  You can also edit the start/stop times of any log.
