When I want to sync my charge 3 at the end of the day it won't sync as there is a red exclamation mark that says that Bluetooth is off, yet on my iPhone it is on. What am I doing wrong? Puffin

Hi @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. It's odd that you're getting that message despite having the Bluetooth turned on.To work on this, may I know if the Fitbit app is updated in your iPhone? Have you also made sure to turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby?
If everything mentioned above is correct, please try removing your Charge 3 from the Bluetooth settings, force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, open the Fitbit app and try syncing your Charge 3 one more time. If you're prompt to pair your tracker via Bluetooth, please accept it.
Keep me posted.

Thank you for your reply to my question.
I have taken all the steps that you advised me to take and unfortunately the Bluetooth is off still on the screen when I want to sync at the end of the day. I really don't know what to do so I can sync each day.
Bye for now
Puffin

Good morning Lizzy, Puffin here. Lizzy I have been looking up to see if I need a dongle for my Charge 3. It came up that if you are running Windows 10(which I am) and it doesn't have Bluetooth you need to run a wireless Bluetooth. Is this correct. I cleared my iPhone 5S and also my Fitbit as well as deleted my shortcut on the computer. My Fitbit is syncing to the new dashboard that I have downloaded but I am unable to download the other sync that I had on the computer as a shortcut(the one that has the 9 hours active etc. It is different from the dashboard screen). I hope that this isn't too confusing for you to understand. I am wondering if I need to purchase a dongle or a wireless Bluetooth. Bye for now Puffin
