I've just received a new Charge 3 in Australia. The website lists a number of banks that accept payments in Australia. When I try to click on the Wallet app on my iphone (latest OIS) it keeps saying Payments are not yet available . Please try again. My watch does not have anything on the inside of the watch strap. Does this mean some Charge 3's (like mine) don't come with Wallet function?

@AntonD Welcome to the Community Forums.
I'm glad you got a new Charge 3 and thanks for sharing these details. Before anything else, let me explain that the Fitbit Pay works on the Charge 3 Special Edition which contains an NFC chip. If your tracker supports this feature, you should see "Fitbit Pay" printed on the end of the tracker after removing the bottom band.
That being said, may I know what you meant by not having anything on the inside of the band? In the meantime, I'd recommend reviewing this help article which explains more about Fitbit Pay and how to use it.
