Fitbit app showing white screen on IPAD

‎Effective today, when I click on my IPAD Fitbit app, it has a white blank screen. I saw this comment dated Dec, 2017....

“I had the same problem - the fitbit app for ipad was a blank screen. I went into the Settings for the ipad and enabled Camera on the fitbit app.” 

I tried to do this but there is no “camera” option in the settings for Fitbit.

Is there a problem with the app? If so when will it be fixed?

Mine did this today also. 

If it keeps happening, I will put on a request to have this looked at. Thinking with so many people with their NewYears resolution to lose weight, the system may currently overloaded.
