Does anyone know why I get a notification (the number 1 in a red circle) on my Fitbit app but when I tap on the app it goes away with no message or notification?

Hi there, @amelulu.

Thanks for sharing these details and because your post didn't mention, let's try the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  4. Close the app and check if the number disappears.
