Two days ago, my fitbit app is showing that I have "no recent activity" even though I do. It does show that I have steps and other exercise. What can I do to get this fixed? I have an iPhone 12.

Hi @dbottorf - have you tried logout of the Fitbit App and restarting both watch and phone. See also Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and there is also the possibility to change clock face.

There are multiple reports in the iOS forum about this issue. I'm moving your post to the iOS forum, a better fit. I have version 3.74, the current version of the Fitbit app. My friend's activity is working fine. I can't guarantee that making sure you have v 3.74 will fix the problem. This isn't the first time this bug appeared.

Restarted my Sense and updated I phone. No change.

I have version 3.74, restarted the Sense and updated my iPhone 12. No recent activity still shows for me. Everything else is fine with my steps exercise, etc. It shows the same on my computer too.
