Bought son an inspire 2. Downloaded app and set up etc following all instructions and verifying email etc. Even added him as family member to my account. Every time I try to log in it says user name and password invalid and doesn’t exist We have removed app and downloaded it again and followed instructions using a different email and verifying it. A very disappointed child.

Family children accounts can only be set up for Ace devices.

Thank you. I didn’t realise that. I just changed DOB and it worked!!
