Hi can any one help me with this problem. My charge 3
it stopped syncing since last week. I’ve tried several solution ( update my iOS “7plus “ update the app turn off&on the phone, delete the app and reinstall etc) but nothing. Also, I cannot fine the watch in Bluetooth devices list.

@MuathB Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!
Let me help you with your Fitbit app and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you retry part of these steps but do them as follow:
1.- Unistall the Fitbit app.
2.- Restart your phone.
3.- Reinstall the app.
After this clear the bluetooth connection by doing the following:
- Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
- Restart your device.
- You can find additional suggestions here.

My Versa 3 is also showing error 403 and I have done all the above and still nothing
