I have tried everything and nothing seems to help. I notice in your version history there were bug fixes put in just 3,days ago. Seems problem I am having is related to this latest update.

Hi @Flower-024 - here is some help in case you missed something but it could be a new problem also.

Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

@Flower-024 - do you use Apple Health and sync your steps to Fitbit? If so, I'm have the exact same issue. My last successful sync was 05-April.

Now, Fitbit says it has synced but returns 0 steps. It only counts steps if I have the FitBit app open, which isn't feasible.

I have tried all the suggestions: signing out, uninstalling app etc. Still no joy.

Edit: Fitbit support said the below. I can't find any other information about it though.
