I am trying to get my son's fitbit Charge 2 set up on his ipad pro. I downloaded the app on the ipad. I entered the email and password on the Let's Get Started screen and it has been trying to log in for 30 minutes. I shut down the ipad and tried it again with no luck. I have been able to set it up on my windows 10 computer. Anyone else have this issue?

I do have this problem on my Iphone.
Noone can help me with this.
I installed the app many times and its still not working.
I t all goes well on my windows though.
I am really agry about that.
Please let me know if you find the solution.
