I have a Versa 2. For some time now, the Fitbit app systematically bugs and freezes when I try to view the summary of sports activities, even after several days, forcing me to restart the application. This issue persists even though I have reset the watch to its factory settings."

Let me recommend the following in the given order:
- Turn off the Bluetooth from your phone.
- Check if the OS version of your phone is updated.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app, turn on the Bluetooth and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
- Try checking your details to see if it starts freezing again.
