I am using a Fitbit Charge 3 and an iPhone 7. I have updated the app to latest version earlier this week to version 3.36. Right from the latest update whenever I open the app it only shows a blank white screen. I have tried killing the app and restarting, restarting the phone, charging the device to 100% but nothing seems to make any difference. It was syncing and working well before. Please help in resolving the issue

Hello @Vawa and welcome to the Help forums. Try deleting the app, restarting your phone, then re-download the app. That's my first step when an app update (any app update) does wacky things.
