Fitbit app won't let me join challenges

I have three completed challenges waiting to disappear and two active challenges that won't allow me to join.

Have you updated the Fitbit app recently? If so, it's possible the information is not updating correctly when you're trying to join a challenge. Please try to force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button and swiping up the app. If this doesn't do the trick, log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. After that, try to join a challenge again and if you're getting kicked out or if you're receiving an error message, please reply with a screenshot of your phone so I can check this further.

I logged out and then back into the app. That worked. Thanks for the help though.
