I have an iPhone 12, iOS version 16.3.1. I can log in to the browser version of my account fine, but when I try to log into my Fitbit account on the app, I get the message.
"Check your details are correct. If you moved Fitbit to your Google Account, go back and sign in with Google."
I did see another thread where this was an issue last year and that was fix was incoming, but is there an update on that?

I'Ve changed my d*** password 3 times. IS THIS AN APP PROBLEM?

Last time this happened to me, I copy-pasted from my saved passwords.
This however will not work if you have switched to a Google login

I use the Fitbit login, not the Google login. I did try what you suggested but it didn't work, unfortunately.
Really need a fix because I lost my old Fitbit and just bought a new one, but I can't even get it to work without logging into the app and syncing it, so it's a paperweight at the moment. 😓

Same problem here. I can log into the website so I know my password is correct, but I can't log into the app.
And I can't convert my Fitbit account to a Google account because that can only be done through the app.

No, I'm logged in with my Fitbit account.
