Fitbit app won’t load gps route

  • I did an interval walk/run a few days ago and my Fitbit app will not load the GPS route it just continues to spin. I’m able to view the route online but not on app.  How can I fix this?

I apologize for the delayed response and thanks for letting me know that the GPS map isn't loading correctly in the Fitbit app. Let me share that our team is aware of this situation, but may not be able to provide a fix in the immediate future.
