Tiles not updating information from previous days.

Just noticed the other day, not sure if it's a result of the recent app update or not.

When scrolling through to previous days using the little arrow, the main tile correctly shows the previous days data but all the sub tiles below (sleep, activity, weight, etc...) do not.  They stay showing only today's data, regardless of what day above is showing.

Anyone else seeing this issue?

Hello @DoC0427 have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please keep in mine that the tiles below the daily stats tile show your most recent information, even if you're looking at your stats for another day. To view your stats for a previous day, tap the individual tiles to see your history.

I'm sure this information will be helpful for you, but in case you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reply!

Thanks for the quick response Marco!

I suppose it's good to know it's not a bug or that I'm not the only one seeing this behaviour.

I'm curious however, what is the reasoning behind this though?  Why would I not want to also see previous "lower tile" information as I scroll backwards through days like the main tile on top does?  There has to be a reason for this... curious about what that is.

Thanks...

I just realized that using the web interface (not the app on my iPhone), clicking the arrow to scroll back to previous days, ALL of the tiles on the web dashboard update to show the results on the previous day, not just the one main tile.

So I go back to my original question, highliting this as a bug with the iOS app, unless there is a specific reason for this functionality... which is different than the functionality that is on the web dashboard.

Cheers...

D

I’m having this problem too. It was just showing previous information and at midnight tonight just changed. I thought it was broken at first and so reinstalled the app.

I would love to see previous days’ data underneath because then I can see how I did that day.
