I use the Fitbit app on my iphone, which is updated to version 17.7, and I've loaded the latest Fitbit app. When I try to open the Fitbit app, it goes straight to my fitness app, ActiveFit, not allowing me to synch my steps first. I've tried removing the app and restarting my phone-- nothing works. When I try leaving ActiveFit and going back into the Fitbit app, I get the Fitbit logo (teal diamond) on a white background. It looks like it's loading, but it just gets stuck there.
Thanks for any assistance-- I really don't want to leave Fitbit and go to an Apple watch!

This morning I wasn't able to sync my Versa 2 to the app. The app reported my sleep at 2 hours 17 minutes. That's when Google/Fitbit required a Google login. My Versa 2 has never lost sync since beginning the Fitbit app 2 years ago this November. To sync I had to change my login to Google rather than Fitbit. Once done I was able to sync and carry on my exercise program. It seems that 2 updates were released during the night (4.28 and 4.28.1), just checked and they were auto-update installed overnight requiring a new login.
