When I enter child view, the family tab disappears and I cannot go back to parent view OR log out. I am forced to delete the app and reinstall it. Then it repeats the cycle.
This is happening to me for the very first time after using the app for more than 5 years with my daughter in it. First time the family tap just disappeared. What is this all about?!?
