My Fitbit app has started not working correctly. My charge 3 records properly my activity (such as steps, stairs, and how many active hours) but won’t track sleep. Moreover my Fitbit app won’t show sleep info, active hours, and calories burned (example: it can’t be that in a 15,000 step day I have burned 1300 calories at 10pm) but then the next day, my calories for the previous day jump up to 2600. I have tried updating the app, reinstalling it and pairing again the fit bit, restoring the fit bit to factory settings, all done a few times, but nothing changes. I run IOS14.7.1 on iPhone and the latest Fitbit app version as well as the charge 3 software version 28.20001.88.11
can someone tell me how to fix this?

@Mgiando Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for the detailed information shared and for the troubleshooting tried prior posting. I understand your concern and I'd like to confirm if you are able to see that your Fitbit is properly syncing, did you get the sync complete message? If not I'd recommend trying the following:
- Force quit the Fitbit app
- Restart Charge 3. See How do I restart my Fitbit device?
- Open the Fitbit app and force sync the tracker. Press and hold on the screen and pull down. You will get a message that says: sync complete and all the information should be updated.
Hope this helps.
