Fitbit app won't show my heart rate data

Hi,

I own an Inspire HR and an iPhone 8, iOS 15.3.1.

Since 12 February, my heart rate data has stopped logging in the app and website. My heart rate shows as normal on the Fitbit itself, and every other metric is appearing correctly on the app and website, e.g. steps, distance, calories. (Sleep score and active minutes are at zero due to the missing heart rate data.)

I have tried:

- Updating the app

- Logging in and out of the app

- Turning Bluetooth off and on again

- Turning Airplane mode on and off again

- Restarting my phone

- Rebooting the Fitbit multiple times

- Turning heart rate OFF, manually syncing, turning heart rate ON, rebooting, manually syncing

- The last option but without the rebooting step (so, manually syncing after turning heart rate back ON)

- Disconnecting/revoking access to all third party apps (eg Cardiogram)

Does anyone know what I can do from here?

I’m afraid this is now quite urgent. I have a heart condition so I need to be able to see and store my HR data and share it with my cardiologist if necessary – this is the only reason I own a Fitbit. If I can’t get a fix soon (within days) I’ll just need to buy another device – and I’m afraid it will have to be from another brand, just to be safe 😞

Oh, I am a blind user, and this occurred a few updates ago. I have reported it to Google Disability Support, Fitbit, customer care, and within the community. It is frustrating not to be able to have the information while I exercise during the day in order to make sure that I am maintaining a healthy heart rate and within the heart rate zone, I wish. When this first occurred, I did take a screenshot and then had the apple voiceover screen reading software. I use, read the information and found that the information was there along with other information that has been systematically removed from people using the Apple voiceover software. I do not hold out much hope to seeing this problem and other issues that have been brought up addressed due to the migration to the Google pixel platform.  The earliest issue I have brought up those back to September 200021/18 months ago when they removed the edit button from the home screen of the app for people who are blind and reading disabled.

Does anyone out there know when heart rate plus heart rate zone data will be restored to those who have brought it up within the Fitbit community, did the customer care and Google Disability Support. If so, do you know when it might be available? Will it be available in the next iOS update? If there is anyone out there who can shed some light on this issue, it would be greatly appreciated. I personally find it very frustrating as I swipe through the application home screen to see that this information was once there but it’s not available to me as a blind user, using the apple voiceover screen reading software.  it is even more frustrating when I look at the screenshot, I took showing the information was available to sighted users. If an answer is forthcoming, please let the other threads within the community for runs also, no, because I believe there are at least a few different threads who have brought this issue up  in the past. Thank you in advance for the information you will be able to provide us. It will be greatly welcome.
