Fitbit app won't show previous Versa 2 data

I’m having a bit of a different problem today, and I don’t believe my phone updated. All of my past history on my Versa 2 back to April is gone today. My past sleep sessions are there, but all of my sleep numbers (back to April) are gone, my weekly sleep averages, my sleep graph, all gone. It only shows my number from last night. It syncs fine. I tried logging out, force closing the app, rebooting my phone, and then signing back on. Nothing changed. I know the sleep information might not be the most important to some, but as a chronic insomniac who’s been trying different sleep routines, it’s crucial to me. That past I formation is very needed. Any ideas?

thanks,

tracy

Hi @TracyLJordan. It's good that the community is growing!

Thanks for sharing that the Fitbit app isn't showing your data correctly, as well for the steps tried prior posting. I understand how important the data tracked by your Versa 2 is for you and let's work on this together. Before anything else, please go to your phone's settings, tap on General > Software Update and check if the iOS software is up to date. Also, make sure the Fitbit app is also updated.

If your data is still not showing up, I'll need you to provide me with the model of your iPhone and the OS/software version so I can further investigate on my end.

By the way, I’ve moved your post to this new thread so we can keep our forums organized and you can get an answer to your inquiry.

I look forward to your response.

Thank You @LizzyFitbit !  After about a few hours, all of my stuff just showed back up. It was strange, but it seems to have resolved itself. Thank you for your response!
