I have had my Fitbit for a while now and have never had a problem with it syncing to my phone. I have turned my iPhone off and on, deleted and reinstalled the Fitbit app, turned the Fitbit off and on again, and nothing is working. When I open the Fitbit app it says it can’t sync because the Bluetooth on my phone isn’t on however it is. I have confirmed that there is nothing wrong with the Bluetooth on my phone. If you have run into this issue, what did you do, is there anything to do? Thank you for your help!

@Kimeekinz Welcome to the Fitbit family! I moved your post to the iOS App Board as there are more chances for you to receive an answer to your inquiry here.
Thanks for sharing the situation you are experiencing with Ionic not syncing with the Fitbit app.
I'd recommend turning Bluetooth off, waiting 10 seconds, and then turn it back on. Then, try the syncing process once again.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted! ![]()
