A few weeks ago, my fitbit was working just fine, but it suddenly lost connection to bluetooth. I have read all of the help questions about lost bluetooth connections, and none of the solutions have worked with my Iphone. The bluetooth network will show up on my phone, but it will not pair to the fitbit, what should I do?

@annhughes what steps have you tried to get the tracker to pair to your iPhone exactly? You mention you read all the help questions, but letting us know the exact steps you've already tried may allow us to further help you.

I re-downloaded the app, updated the Iphone, charged the battery multiple times, tried synching from a laptop and my iphone. The iphone will connect to other bluetooth devices. I took my phone in to Verison to see if there was a problem with my phone, but after successfully pairing to other bluetooth connections, we discovered that it isnt a problem with my phone. I have tried synching through the fitbit app as well but it cannot find a connection to my iphone.

Hi @annhughes,
It sounds like there might be a few layers to this problem.
First, if you manage multiple Bluetooth connections on your mobile device, it is possible that you may experience interruptions in your Bluetooth connections. Click here for more details.
Second, what's important to note is that the Bluetooth connection required for features like call notifications are set up within the Fitbit App, not through your iOS Bluetooth settings like a lot of Bluetooth devices. Click here for more information on how to set up notifications.
Hope this provides some clarification.

Hi, on similar note, whats the status of having the option to turn the bluetooth off?
Soneone gifted me the HR & I would really like to use it!
Hate to not be able to turn the bluetooth off!
Wanted to buy few more for everyone in my family but may end up getting Garmin instead only because of lack of this feature!
