Last night my Fitbit charge 2 quit connecting to the app on my iPhone 6. I have:
turned off Bluetooth and back on about 20 Times.
Turned my phone off and on three times.
Uninstalled and reinstalled app twice.
Checked that the Bluetooth on my phone is fine by connecting and disconnecting other devices.
Made sure app is up to date.
Additionally, my steps are no longer showing in app. Just calories. All info on my Fitbit isn’t accurate.
In the middle of a step bet so extra frustrating!

Next thing to try is a restart of your fitbit using this procedure:

You may need to give it a few tries as it sometimes doesn't work.
