I am trying to help my mother-in-law set up her new fitbit and phone. It goes through the steps of what I am pairing and input the 4 digit code from the Charge 3 screen and it won’t go any farther than that. We have removed other trackers from the area. It is fully charged. I have tried deleting the app, updating the phone, rebooting the phone... It always gets stuck on that screen.

Scratch this. Husband found a way on the fitbit charge 3 to clear the data and then it allowed it to pair. He had to flip through several screens of settings and things.
