Fitbit charge

Time is off by 4 hours after being charged & the Fitbit app on my phone will not open.

Welcome to the Community @kimwood56! If the Fitbit app won't open, then I suggest you to try uninstalling it from your phone an reinstalling it or make sure you have the most updated version installed. Now, the time off on your tracker could be due to a syncing issue, but don't worry, once you are able to open the Fitbit app, follow the tips on @AlejandraFitbit post to sync your Charge.
