Hi can anyone help me my hubby has brought me this for Christmas spent most of the day trying to set it up, battery says full flashes green when plugged in however when unplugged no screen works also syncs and pairs to iphone when plugged into the laptop as soon as unplugged unsyncs and disconnects from the fitbit and again cant get anything screen working no clock nothing i am at a loose end we have tried all the tips from the forum and still nothing what are we doing wrong ?

Doing nothing wrong mine won't work either! Been trying to get it to sync all day. Installed, reinstalled, restarted device, been all over Internet and LOTS of people with the same problem. Went on live help, they told me what I already knew and disappeared! Load of rubbish!

So whats your next step ? I have emailed fitbit themselves and they said
please give them 2 or more days to respond
