I am having problems connecting my Fitbit to my iPhone 8. My Bluetooth is on but just not connecting to my Fitbit.

My Fitbit charger 2 will not synchronise to my iPhone 8.

my Bluetooth is switched on but not registering my Fitbit. All devices are fully charged. Please advice.
