At least 10 times a day my iphone pings with the message "Forgot my Fitbit" Fitbit disocnnected. Did you forget your fitbit? (Tap me to stop)
Less than a minutes later, another ping/message: "Forgot my Fitbit" Fitbit connected. Connected to Fitbit again.
The pings are annoying. Otherwise the Fitbit is working fine.

I don't know how to do screen shots. I am a senior citizen and although I am somewhat tech savey, there is a lot I don't know how to do. The screen appears exactly as I said. Can you still help ? Would it have something to do with when your fitbit and iphone are not close to each other and is there a setting asking to be notified at some point ?
Thank you

I think I solved the problem. I went to Reminder Delay and entered wait 1000 seconds before being notified of a disconnect. Let's see if that works. Any other suggestions would be appreciated/
