Fitbit dashboard now not shows all exercises

ANSWERED

Noticed since Fitbit moved the dashboard of the website to the app, half of the exercises i do are not shown in the historical data on the fitbit app. they can change regularly - some days no exercise is shown and if you move back a few weeks and come forward it suddenly reappears before a different day disappears. why did you close the dashboard online - this is very poor from fitbit. i will now have to move over to garmin at least my data stays put with it.

please advise as to the fix to this bug asap

Hello @jlo_1

There was an issue where some users couldn't see their historical data in the Fitbit app. These steps fixed the problem for many users:

  • Log out of the Fitbit app
  • Uninstall the app
  • Re-install the app
  • Log back into the Fitbit app

If these steps didn't restore your historical workout data, please let us know.

Sadly this has made it worse and more exercises have gone from the dashboard when I know I did exercise.
Very disappointed
