My Inspire 3 shows one set of scores, but the app shows another set of scores.
Device Readiness Score: 49 Good -but- App Readiness Score: 66 Excellent.
Device Sleep Score: 68 Fair -but- App Sleep Score: 79 Fair.

After the update by Fitbit, my two scores agree with what the device had listed.
@LizzyFitbit @Smigz This seems to be happening every day, and the Readiness conflict can be extreme.
Today the Device has "25 Low."
But the App has "71 Excellent" with the recommendation to "Go over 16 Zone Minutes"
So do I focus on recovery? or do I overwork my body??
@LizzyFitbit Today on first getting up, my Readiness was only off by one number: 67 vs 68. But now BOTH numbers have changed:
Device: 57 Good
App: 80 Excellent
The Device number is consistently lower than the App number.

Thanks for your continued reports, and every step tried on your own. I'm sorry you're having these difficulties. I wanted to let you know that this issue has been escalated to our team so they can work on a fix.
I appreciate your patience and once I have more information, I'll update this thread.
@LizzyFitbit thanks for replying. I hope this company realizes that it could be providing dangerous advice by saying my Readiness is Low, but also Excellent, and therefore suggesting that I go over a certain number of Zone Minutes per the app, which severely disagrees with the Readiness Score on my device. It also means that my Premium workout recommendations can be potentially dangerous if my body is not really "Ready" for the more intense recommended workouts.

You're welcome, and thanks for your feedback. I understand your concern about getting this discrepancy and rest assured that we'll keep working to get this resolved. In the meantime, please make sure to keep the Fitbit app updated and your Fitbit devices syncing so the rest of your details can show up correctly.
Same is also happening between the Android app & Fitbit device, in my experience, so it doesn't seem to be an iOS-only issue.
@LizzyFitbit today’s difference is unbelievable! 27 Low vs 97 Excellent. I will tell you that my body says the “device 27 Low” is the correct calculation.
App: 97 Excellent - try over 21 zone minutes
Device: 27 Low
Maybe it has something to do with the sleep recording (see pics of today):
Woohoo! For the past two days, my device and app both have identical scores! Perhaps the problem has been resolved. If so, thank you to the Fitbit folks!
Best Answer@Smigz @Js2222 @LizzyFitbit When I just opened my app at lunchtime, I received a message that the readiness scores calculations have been updated. Now mine also agree with each other: Device and app.
However, I now noticed that they have removed the recommendations for your zones to strive to achieve for the day.
