It sounds like the syncing of data between your fitbit and phone has stopped working.
I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:
https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. You might also try forgetting the fitbit in your phone's bluetooth settings. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/

Hello @AnnieMurph59-, thanks for joining us, it's always a pleasure for me to welcome new members to the Fitbit Community. It's great to see you too @SteveH, thanks for all your help.
@AnnieMurph59-, thanks for reporting this situation to me, I really appreciate it. Tell me, since when have you noticed the information not syncing between your phone and your Fitbit device? Have you restarted your Fitbit device following the instructions kindly provided by @SteveH? If you have already tried his recommendations I would like to suggest you the following:
- Make sure the latest version of the Fitbit app is installed on your phone.
- The software on your mobile device is up to date. To check, tap Settings > General > Software Update.
- Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around as they might interfere with the syncing process
- Check that your Fitbit device's battery isn't critically low.
If your device still won't sync, try these steps:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth off and back on.
- Open the Fitbit app.
- If your Fitbit device didn't sync, restart your phone again.
- Open the Fitbit app.
- If your Fitbit device didn't sync, restart it one more time.
- If your Fitbit device won't sync after the restart, log in to your Fitbit account on a different phone, tablet, or computer and try to sync.
- If your Fitbit device still doesn’t sync, remove all other Fitbit devices from your account and from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your mobile device and try to sync.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Hello @AnnieMurph59-, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply and let me know know your Fitbit device stopped syncing on Aug. 22.
Tell me, were you able to perform all the troubleshooting steps I've provided earlier? If so, my best recommendation would be setting up your device again in your phone to reset the connection between the phone and your Fitbit device. Don't worry, none of the information already stored in your account will be deleted.
To set up your Fitbit device:
- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
- When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
- When a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome!
