When I go into the fitbit app, at the top of my phone there is a message that says my Fitbit is connected to my phone. I tried re-syncing it by pulling down and releasing the screen, but that doesn’t fix the problem. The problem is that my app does not show any of today’s data from my Fitbit. So all of my steps, stairs, miles, calories burned, sleep, etc are all shown as being 0 in the app, but on the Fitbit I have data for all of those. What should I do to get the data to transfer from Fitbit to app?

Hello @Ntbfd, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to go to the online Dashboard and check if the information synced is showing up here. If it is, it's possible the app is not updating the information with the one stored in our servers, in which case I would like to suggest you the following:
- Force-quit the app, then open it again. If this doesn't seem to work:
- Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.
