@DanaWilliams Not a guarantee, but this is my usual way of approaching this problem
- Restart your Fitbit
- If that doesn't work, turn off your phone, restart your tracker, turn your phone back on
Just to be complete
- Which Fitbit are you using?
- What model iPhone do you have?
- Do you have the current version of the app?
