Hi,
My Fitbit no longer syncs as it cannot connect to Bluetooth. I’ve had my tracker since May 2017 and it has worked perfectly well until Friday when for some reason it suddenly lost the connection. I’ve turned off Bluetooth numerous times and reinstalled the app 3 times but with no success. My Bluetooth is picking up all other devices with no issues so I know that isn’t the problem.
Any advice gratefully received!!

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:
- restart phone
- restart fitbit using this procedure: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
- restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
- "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
- go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that it's possible for your phone not to be able to find your Fitbit device as our devices do not pair nor sync directly through the Bluetooth Settings on your phone. At this moment, if you have already tried @SteveH's recommendations, please let us know so we can determine what should we do next.
