Fitbit feed tab not working

This happened around two weeks ago, and it happened a few days ago again, and is still a problem. On the Fitbit app, when I go onto the feed section of the app, it doesn’t show any posts from friends or groups. It will only show my newest posts that I have posted during this time.

 

In order to see my friends posts, I need to go on their profile and manually scroll through to find their posts, though this is not a sure fire way, bc Fitbit has always been slow and doesn’t always show friends posts on their profile.

 

I have tried everything I can think of, including:

- password changing

- logging out

- deleting app

- restarting device

- changing app settings

 

 here is a picture of what my feed looks like after a post earlier this morning.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I appreciate providing a screenshot. I recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app?
