Hello Fitbit users. I really need some help with my flex. I just purchased it and started setting it up but it just wont connect. I have tried resetting it multiple times and have gone through the trouble shoots for "unable to sync". None of those have worked. I still am getting an infinite loading screen while trying to sync it to my phone.

Let me help you out, try doing the restart 2 or 3 times in a row but make sure to follow the instructions that @SunsetRunner shared if the issue persists try doing with a computer and if you still unable to set it up contact the Support Team so they can see your options.
