Okay it tracks mileage which is a known inaccurate thing on these trackers but it does not track steps ! And it tracks (ha ha ha) calories supposedly burned by you height and weight but NOTHING ELSE! Piece of garbage and I recommend you spend your money and time on something ANYTHING else

The Flex series has been retired. Which Flex do you have and did you read the user manual for it? It does track steps. Let us know.

Most Fitbits track mileage by counting steps with knowing the users stride. 

Distance will not be correct until the stride and step count are correct.

Never did pair with either my computer or my phone. It made me LOG my steps rather than counting them — maybe it is broken but still a big waste of my time trying to get it to work

Hello @Whatawaste may I ask what tracker you have connected to your 9 day old Fitbit account? 

It has been 3 years since he Fitbit Flex has been sold.
