My fitbit flex will not connect to my fitbit app on my iphone SE, can anyone help?

Hello @Dejaw, have a warm welcome to the Ftibit Community, it's great to have you on board!
If your tracker is not setting up with the Fitbit app on your iPhone SE, please try the following:
- Restart your tracker, then keep it plugged in and charging.
- Restart your phone.
- Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the set up process.
- Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi signal (or cellular data)
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
Please try these steps at least a couple of times and let me know the outcome, I'll be happy to continue helping you.
