Fitbit force not connecting to app

Hi there.  My force has synced very well with my app until yesterday.  I have reloaded the app, deleted and readied the force and restarted and it’s dtill not working.  Can someone help me out?

Do you really mean the Fitbit Force?  It was voluntarily recalled 5 years ago.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I'm impressed @JohnnyRow  you j knew, joining  Fitbit 2 years later.

To be more specific it was recalled at the beginning of 2013.

At this time the user could get a refund or a Fitbit One as a free replacement.

I chose the One.
