Fitbit iOS App reading wrong...

So, plenty of times when I go to sync my HR, the dashboard tells me my battery is low and when I plug it up, it's perfectly fine... Also, lately when it's syncing, it takes FOR-EV-ERR (sandlot joke lol). But seriously. It's crazy long and last night after syncing, it said last sync 2/24. So I deleted the app and downloaded it again. Then it kept going back and forth from "looking" and "syncing". This morning I put it on after having it on the charger all night and the dashboard once again has low battery, last sync yesterday and doing the slow sync and looking.

Hi @FitGirlDallas,

What's important to note is that the battery level displayed in your app is from the last time you synced your tracker; it does not display your live live battery level. Syncing your tracker will update your battery level in the App.

For the syncing trouble that you are experiencing, I would recommend:

1. Restarting your tracker.

2. Reboot your iOS device.

3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

4. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

Keep me posted if you need any additional assistance!

I believe that the FtiBit charge level indication is still wrong on the iOS app. Right after you sync, this charge indication will display the charge level for the prior sync. If I quite the app and restart it, it shows the correct charge level. I would argue this is a bug.
