Is there any chance that you are seeing a different account on the web Dashboard? If the iOS app is showing steps, the Dashboard should be too. Please check that you have logged in with the same email address on both ends.

I'd recommend that you try to log into your Dashboard using a different computer and a different browser too. Please try and let me know what happens.
