Have Fitbit app loaded on apple IPhone 10.  No Fitbit icon on phone.  Way too much time spent trying to find correct sequence to load FBicon.  HELP, anyone??

Hi @DavidL916. Welcome to the Community. I'm sorry for the delayed response.

Thanks for letting me know that you have an iPhone 10. Just to clarify, do you mean that the Fitbit app doesn't appear to be installed in your iPhone? If that's the case, please try rebooting your phone, go to the App store and make sure the Fitbit app is installed. Then find the Fitbit app icon in your iPhone.

I have a similar problem. Would like not ti reboot the phone. I have tried your other suggestions, with no change. Any other solutions?

Thanks for joining this thread and trying the suggestions posted above. Because your post didn't mention, could you confirm if the issue is with the Fitbit app not being available to install? If that's correct, please take a screenshot of what is displayed when searching for Fitbit in the App Store. To attach a file in your reply, follow the instructions described here.  Additionally, let me know the model of your phone and the iOS version. This will allow me to investigate on my end.
