Is there a way to adjust my basic Fitbit flex (no watch) to French time to track sleep?

It's possible to change the timezone with the fitbit app for the phone, after sync'ing the new timezone will be used.

 

From the Fitbit Article

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account tab.
  2. Under Settings, tap Advanced Settings.
  3. Find an option to modify your time zone.
  4. Sync your tracker:
  5. Go back to the Account tab and tap your tracker name.
  6. Tap Sync Now.
