My Fitbit inspire 2 doesn’t let me tap or scroll on the screen. It appears to be frozen, but I can switch it on and off.

Hello @candy_rey234
I would try restarting your Inspire 2. If the issue persist try changing the clock face going through the Fitbit App. Here’s how:
- Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
- Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
